This policy explains how and when we ship your order, as well as what to do if something goes wrong in transit.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1β3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Youβll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
If an item requires additional processing time (for example, fragile collectibles needing extra packaging), that information will be listed in the product description.

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and item size/weight.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight.

Local pickup orders are always free of shipping charges.

All items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
Pre-owned items are cleaned and wrapped securely before shipping.
Fragile collectibles receive extra protective packaging.
π Delivery Issues & Delays

Once your package has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

We are not liable for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or incorrect addresses.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you canβt locate it, please contact the carrier first, then notify us so we can help where possible.
π Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jessykaw8@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
Weβll review your claim and work with you to provide a replacement (if available) or a refund.
If a package is lost in transit (no delivery update for 10+ business days), weβll assist in filing a claim with the carrier and help resolve it.
