We appreciate every customer and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because many of our items are pre-owned, unique, or collectible, our return process is designed to ensure fairness for both the buyer and seller.


🔙 Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all packaging, tags, or accessories (if applicable).

  • To start a return, please email jessykaw8@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  • Returns must be approved before shipping them back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Custom, altered, or personalized items

  • Items marked “final sale” or “as-is”


💰 Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund was approved or denied.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email photos of the product and packaging to jessykaw8@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.


🔄 Exchanges

Most of our items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be exchanged.
If you’d like a similar item, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.
