This is a pre-owned but factory sealed 1999 WWF Mankind action figure produced by Jakks Pacific under Titan Sports licensing. The card is dated ©1999 and features “Break Down In Your House” branding. The blister remains attached, and the figure appears unopened. The cardback shows noticeable edge wear, creasing, and surface bending consistent with age and storage.

The figure depicts Mankind in his signature white shirt, black tie, and wrist tape, complete with long dark hair and beard detail.
